摘要
采用多Agent模型对黄河应急水量调度及补偿问题进行分解、抽象和组织,把复杂的水流过程和效益迁移过程分解为多个互相协作的Agent,建立了基于多Agent系统的仿真模型,模拟应急调水中的沿程水流演进、水电站发电损失、灌区农业损失和下游受水区受益的全过程。进行了实例计算,能为管理者的调水及补偿决策提供有效的信息支持。
Using multi-agents model to decompose,abstract and organize the aridity water dispatch,the complicated flow process and benefit transfer process are divided into several cooperative Agents.A simulation model for emergent water dispatch is set.This model can simulate the entire process of the water flow,the loss of power station and the loss of irrigation ditches.An example is given and the method can provide information for administrators'decision.
