摘要
分别以CHCl3DMF和CHCl3DMSO为溶剂,采用溶液共混的方法制备聚苯胺聚丙烯腈导电薄膜。导电性能测试发现这2种不同溶剂成膜的导电性能存在差异,以CHCl3DMSO为溶剂制得的共混体系具有较好的导电性能。紫外可见光谱和红外光谱分析发现聚苯胺在CHCl3DMF溶剂中产生了明显脱掺杂现象而导致薄膜导电性能下降。
Two kinds of conductive films of polyaniline/polyacrylonitrile were prepared by solution polymerization with CHCl3/DMF and CHCl3/DMSO as solvent respectively.Testing indicated that the conductivity of the films varied with the solvent used .The film prepared with CHCl3/DMSO as solvent displayed higher conductivity than that with CHCl3/DMF. This may be ascribed to the dedoping reaction in CHCl3/DMF,as identified by UV-VIS and FT-IR analysis.
