C_4烃类催化转化反应条件的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在小型固定流化床实验装置上,采用催化裂化平衡剂,考察了华北石化C4烃类催化转化的反应条件,并对加入丙烯助剂时丙烯和芳烃收率的变化进行了探索。结果表明,C4烃类在普通裂化催化剂上不仅可裂解多产丙烯,而且能部分芳构化生成芳烃;C4烃类催化转化要求普通裂化催化剂具有一定活性,少量增产丙烯助剂也能提高丙烯的产率;华北石化C4烃类催化转化的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度500℃,质量空速3h-1,平衡剂中加入新鲜剂比例20%或加入助剂LCCA的比例为15%。 Study on the operating conditions for catalytically converting C4 hydrocarbons to propylene and other products was carried out by a fixed fluidized bed reactor and using a conventional FCC equilibrium catalyst. The feed was from Huabei Petrochemical Company. The effects of adding propylene enhanced additive on the yields of propylene and aromatics were also investigated. The results showed that said C4 fraction could be further cracked or aromatized over an equilibrium FCC catalyst to form propylene and some aromatics. The addition of propylene enhanced additive could effectively increase the propylene yield. The optimized operating conditions for C4 hydrocarbons conversion were as follows, a reaction temperature of 500℃, a space velocity of 3h^-1 and using an equilibrium FCC catalyst containing 20% fresh catalyst or 15 % propylene enhanced additive.
