摘要
文章提出了人机协同的车间制造模式的概念,指出基于无线通信的开放式数控系统在该模式中的重要地位,阐述了这种新型数控系统的体系结构。它主要由数控PDA和机床控制器两部分构成,它们通过蓝牙无线通信技术进行信息交换,并采用Windows CE.NET和Visual Studio.NET作为开发平台。最后讨论了在基于Windows CE.NET的数控系统中,中断控制驱动程序的开发问题。
A man-machine-cooperative (MMC) digitalizing manufacturing mode for shop floor is presented. It is shown that the CNC system supported by wireless technology is very important in this mode. A novel architecture of the CNC system is proposed, which is composed of two parts-the CNC PDA held by the operator and the embedded controller installed on the CNC machine tool. These two parts communicate with each other via Bluetooth protocol and the interface. The development platform is based on Windows CE. NET and Visual Studio. NET. The development of the device driver for interrupt control which is based on Windows CE. NET is discussed finally.
