摘要
用绘制界面张力等值图的方法,对两种石油磺酸盐复配结果进行了优化,筛选出可与孤岛油田原油产生最低平衡油水界面张力的石油磺酸盐配方(0.25%KPS+0.22%APS),并通过室内驱油试验验证了配方的驱油能力。结果表明,将不同来源的性质和结构互补的两种石油磺酸盐进行复配,可与原油产生超低界面张力(3.4×10^(-4)mN/m)。同时证实聚合物的存在不影响油水界面张力平衡值,只延缓油水界面张力达到平衡的时间。注入0.3倍孔隙体积的高效驱油剂,能提高原油采收率17%;在聚合物驱后注入时间越早,最终原油采收率就越高。
Two petroleum sulfonate formulations available for Gudao crude oil with the lowest interfa- cial tension were found by drawing oil-water interfacial tension contour diagrams. The optimum surfactant formulations were screened out by oil displacement experiment in laboratory and used as an indication of the synergism between the two petroleum sulfonates with the lowest interfacial tension. It was found that the existence of the polymer had no influence on the balanced value of the interface tension, but delayed the time reaching the balance of the interface tension. Injection of high-efficient oil displacement agent with 0.3 times of the pore volume improved crude oil recovery by 17%, and the earlier the injection, the higher the oil recovery efficiency.
