摘要 通过MSC.Nastran软件分析采用SPF/DB工艺制造的典型加筋板结构的稳定性,应用自行开发的优化设计方法对结构参数进行优化求解。软件在VB、VC混合环境下开发,系统界面十分友好,设置有可选的SPF/DB加筋板结构形式数据库,不仅可对钛合金SPF/DB加筋板结构进行快速优化设计,且可非常方便地考虑和分析工艺条件约束对设计结果的影响。软件系统已成功地应用于某型号飞机的结构设计,多个算例及试验证明了软件系统运行的可靠性和有效性,且具有良好的鲁棒性。 The paper analysed stability of the typical board structure manufactured by the SPF/DB technics by using MSC. Nastran, and using the self--developed optimum design model as optimizer. The paper was developed in VB and VC. It has a friendly system interface and sets a selectable SPF/ DB structural database. It can rapidly optimize the SPF/DB structure, and easily consider and analyze effects of the technological conditions on the design results. This software has been applied the structural design of a certain aircraft. Two numerical examples and experiments have shown the software is of credibility, validity and good robustness.
