摘要
研究了聚氨酯(PU)增韧环氧树脂(EP)的浆液体冲蚀磨损性能.研究表明:不同组分的聚氨酯改性环氧树脂的冲蚀磨损率随冲蚀角度的变化规律相同,最高点出现在45°左右,最低点出现在接近90°处,材料表现出从脆性材料向塑性材料过渡的冲蚀磨损特征;聚氨酯改性环氧树脂的冲蚀磨损随PU含量增加而降低.但磨损下降不是线性的,当PU加入量在0~1份之间时,环氧树脂的磨损下降速度大,而随着PU加入量进一步升高,环氧树脂磨损降低速度缓慢.
The goal of this research is to identify the relationship between composition and mechanical properties of polyurethane (PU) toughened epoxy resins and their erosive wear resistance. It is shown from the result that the wear resistance of the material varies with the erosive angle, with the maximum occurring at the erosive angle of 45°, and the minimum at 90°. It is also clear that the wear mechanism of material transfers from that of brittle materials to that of tough materials. In addition, the wear decreases nonlinearly with the content of PU used to toughen the epoxy resin, i.e. when PU contained is less than 1 portion, the wear decreases rapidly ; otherwise, it decreases slowly.
