摘要
对韶钢7号(2500m3)高炉炼铁工艺设计进行了总结。设计采用了新型串罐无料钟炉顶、全炉身冷却壁、陶 瓷杯与炭砖的复合结构、外燃式热风炉、新型明特搅拢法炉渣粒化处理系统、制粉短流程、浓相输送、均匀喷吹等一 系列新工艺与新技术。
The essay concludes the ironmaking process design features of No. 7 BF （2 500 m^3 ） in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co. A series of new processes and technologies are adopted, including bell less top with central charging hopper, complete cooling stave for furnace stack, combined design of ceramic cup and carbon bricks, external combustion type hot air stove, slag granulation treatment of Mingte technology, short process of pulverized coal preparation, dense phase conveying, even injection, etc.
