摘要 简述了国内外超硬材料研究与发展的概况及现状,针对我国超硬材料生产与国外先进水平相比存在的主要差距,分析了原因,提出了合成装置大型化是发展我国超硬材料的重要途径.总结了在实现合成装置大型化的关键环节上取得的新的重大突破.其中主要是超高压模具、大型硬质合金压缸和顶锤. This article is about the research and development of superhard materials in China and other countries. The reson of the disadvantages which are existing in the production of superhard materials in China was analysed. It was suggested that the development of large-size sythetic equipments shouId be the major route in improving the production level of superhard materials in China. The most important progress of the research of the large-sise synthetic equipment was also inducted. It was found that the key components are the superhigh pressed die set,large-size hardmetal die and anvil.
