摘要
幼儿教师专业成长问题应该是教师教育研究的热点问题之一。师徒制教师教育模式是幼儿教师专业成长的传统方式,本文试图探讨新世纪师徒制教师教育的操作模式、特点。
Professional development is a hot topic in the research of teachers' education. As a traditional educational approach, the master-prentice mode is still valuable today. The essay discusses how such a mode could be altered and applied in current preschool teachers' education as follows.
