摘要
目的:评价低频脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)治疗骨质疏松症的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索中国数字医院图书馆全文数据库1994年1月—2004年12月、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库1995年1月—2004年12月。由两名评价者独立对纳入文献进行质量评价,并提取资料,如有分歧,通过讨论解决。采用RevMan4.2.5进行Meta分析。结果6篇文献、共204例患者符合纳入标准,其中随机对照试验2篇。结果:骨质疏松症患者经低频脉冲电磁场治疗后与治疗前相比较,加权均数差(WMD)=0.04,95%CI为[0.02,0.06],整体效果检验Z=3.46,P=0.0005,疗效差异有极显著性意义,在森林图中,WMD的95%CI横线落在无效竖线右侧,故认为低频脉冲电磁场治疗骨质疏松症有效。低频脉冲电磁场与对照药物的疗效差异尚无显著性意义。结论:从现有的临床证据来看,低频脉冲电磁场治疗骨质疏松症有效,安全性较高,但还非常需要高质量的随机对照试验来进一步验证。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of pulsed electromagnetic fields (PEMFs) for osteoporosis. Method :www.chkd.cnki.net ( 1994.1 -2004.12) and CBMdisk ( 1995.1 -2004.12) were electronically searched. The quality of literature was reviewed, and the data were extracted by two reviewers independently. Meta analysis was conducted used RevMan 4.2.5 software. Result:Six controlled trial involving 204 patients were included, of the 6 controlled trial, two were of RCT. Meta analysis indicated that the WMD 0.04, 95%CI 0.02 to 0.06, test for overall effect Z 3.46, P=0.0005. After the treatment versus before treatment the divergence of curative effect had the high statistical significance. In forest plot, the 95%CI horizontal line of WMD dropped to being living the invalid upright string right side. Conclusion:Actual clinical evidence indicates that the pulsed electromagnetic fields is efficacy and safety for osteoporosis. More randomized controlled trials of high quality are needed for stronger evidence.
