An Analysis of Current Trends of International Retail Banking

零售银行业务的重要性日益提高是当代国际银行业发展中的一个显著特征,而且在其近些年的发展中呈现出若干代表未来发展方向的趋势。本文拟从产品、分销渠道和客户关系管理以及竞争主体的多元化和经营国际化等方面,对当代国际零售银行业的发展动向进行全面的考察分析,以资中国零售银行业发展参考借鉴。

One prominent feature in the development of contemporary international banking industry is that, the retail businesses has played an increasingly important role. From an international perspective, the development of retail businesses in recent year has shown several trends which represent the direction in its future evolution. For the case of Chinese retail banking development, this paper attempts to make a comprehensive analysis of the current development of international retail banking. The analysis covers retail banking products, distribution channels, customer relationshio management, non-bank competition and the business internationalization.
