摘要
以某型航空发动机转子叶片为研究对象,在阴极设计cosθ法的基础上,探讨了阴极进给方向与叶片型面二维截面法向夹角及其与叶片型面三维法向夹角对间隙分布及阴极设计的影响。讨论了基于叶片二维截面法向设计时,设计误差产生的根源,并给出了合理的设计结果。
Taking some type of compressor blades as research object, the effect of the normal gap distribution of 2-dimension and 3-dimension on cathode design is researched based on the cathode design method --cosθ method, the origin of the design error is analyzed and the appropriate design result is given.
