摘要
混流式输卤泵内部伴有盐析的液固两相流动问题非常复杂,首先需要了解在清水状态下,其内部真实流动现象的物理本质。为此,该文基于N av ier-S tokes方程和标准的κ-ε湍流模型,首次模拟了清水状态下输卤泵叶轮内部的三维湍流场,并运用实验手段对叶轮进出口流场进行了测量,给出速度和压力分布图。同时,结合数值计算与实验研究,对输卤泵叶轮进出口流场进行了初步的理论分析。实验结果表明,计算所采用的κ-ε模型的修正方法基本符合此型泵内部流动的实际情况;并认为叶轮进口处特殊的轴向速度分布,对叶片的改进设计值得注意。提出的结论、观点将为今后该型泵内部卤水流动研究提供依据。
To study the phenomena of two-phase flow with salt crystallizing in the bittern transter pump, the 3D turbulent flow in the impeller of the mixed flow bittern transfer pump was simulated on the condition of the rinsing for the first time. In the work, the turbulent flow mode based on Reynolds time-averaged control equations and two-equation turbulent mode were adopted. At the same time the inlet and outlet of the impeller were measured by using the five-hole pellet flow dynamic probe. The velocity and pressure distributions were illustrated. Combined with the numerical calculation and the experimental survey, flow in every part was analyzed. Measurement result shows that the modification way of model accords with the inner flow of the pump basically. Through the work, the viewpoints were developed that the velocity circulation should be considered in the design of the mixed-flow bittern transfer pump with straight cone-shaped suction casing and special axis velocity distribution in the inlet of the impeller is related to the improved design of vane. The conclusion and the viewpoints may be helpful in the future research concerned.
