摘要
研究了发电侧电力市场中限量竞价和完全竞价下的梯级水电厂日优化运行问题,分别建立了优化计算模型,并给出了统一化处理的数学模型和求解方法。模型中除考虑了系统边际电价、合同电价和合同电量的因素外,还考虑了系统对各电厂的出力要求。算例表明,模型合理,算法有效,计算结果可作为梯级水电厂日前交易市场中电量申报的基础,效益显著。
The daily optimal operation problem of cascaded hydropower plants based on complete and incomplete bidding in generation-side power market is presented in this paper, and different optimal models have been developed to attain the maximum profits of the cascaded hydropower plants, then the uniform model and the methods for solving it are given. Not only the system marginal price, contract price and contract quantity of electricity, but also the capacity of the plants the system demanded are taken into account in the model. The case study shows that the model is feasible and profitable in a competitive electricity market.
