摘要 重庆地区内的煤矿地理分散,规模较小,技术能力参差不齐。探讨了基于组件式GIS和GSM等技术的煤矿应急救援指挥通信平台的设计与实现。主要面向煤炭行业各用户群体,以Hot-GIS作为主要GIS技术,利用M icrosoft.NET平台下的C#.NET作为核心开发语言编程实现。 Chongqing is located in the center of the South-West China. Coal mines in the area are located in different places and are in small scale. The technology ability of each mine is different. Therefore, the mine safety situation for the mines in the area is very serious. The paper discussed the design and practices on the mine emergency rescue command and communication platform base on the configuration GIS and GSM technologies. The system is mainly to serve end users in the coal industry. Base on the HotGIS as the main GIS technology and C#. NET under the platform of Microsoft. net as the key, the language programming was developed.
