摘要
通过微波高压密封法对沉积物样品的消解,采用正交试验设计法系统地研究了微波消解中如试剂种类、压力控制和消解程序等影响因素,确定了最佳消解条件。用微波高压密封法对不同矿源和形态的铁矿石样品进行消解,方法快速、简单,测定结果准确度高,相对标准偏差小于0.15%。本法亦可用于其他矿石样品和环境样品的消解。
Sediment samples were digested by microwave technology, and the factors affecting the determination of lead and chromium, i. e. digestive reagent, control of pressure and digestion program, etc. were sys tematically examined by orthogonal experimental design,then the optimum digestion conditions were confirmed. The iron ore samples of different source and form were digested by microwave and lead and chromium in digested solution were determined by AAS. The determination results were accurate. And the relative standard deviations were less than 0.15 %. The method was rapid and simple. It could be applied to the digestion of other mineral and environmental samples as well.
