摘要
利用分析软件ANSYS,以CJ20-25型交流接触器为例,将有限元法应用于其磁系统的动态特性计算之中,得到了各状态下磁系统的磁场分布图形,及不同气隙、电流下吸力和磁链的二维数据表,并最终完成了整个过程的插值仿真。对仿真结果也进行了一定的分析。
Taking twin-E electromagnetic system of CJ20-25 AC contactor as the example, the finite element analysis in the calculation of electromagnetic system's dynamic characteristic, with the relative software ANSYS was used. The 3D image of magnetic field distribution was plotted and the two-dimension datasheet was acquired, which includes the dynamic characteristic of the suction and the value of the total fluxlinkage. In the end, the whole interpolating simulation process was finished and final results were analyzed.
