On teachers' professional competence adapting to the change of learning style

教师专业能力作为履行教师职责的适应程度和承受水平,是决定教育教学效能的基本因素。新一轮基础教育改革提出的学习方式的转变的关键还在于教师专业能力的发展,基于此,教师需要加强教学设计能力、课堂驾驭和调控能力、教师的综合实践能力、合作能力、指导学生学习的能力、创新能力和反思能力。

Changing the learning style is the task of new elementary education course reform. Teachers′ professional competence as an ability to do their duties is the basic factor to determine educational and teaching effectiveness. The key to the change of learning style lies in the development of teachers′ professional ability.Therefore, it is necessary for teachers to improve their teaching design ability, the organization ability in classes and comprehensive practice ability, the cooperation ability,instructing ability, creative ability and self-examining ability.
