摘要
利用主动磁轴承来提高气体轴承回转精度,实现主轴回转精度的提高。基于该理论,设计了超精气磁轴承主轴系统结构,对主轴系统进行了动力学建模,并对控制系统进行了分析。
Use the active magnetic bearings(AMB)to improve the rotary accuracy of Externally pressurized gas bearing,realize improvement of spindle rotary accuracy.Based on this theory,ultra precision gas-magnetic bearing spindle System structure is designed and the dynamics modeling to the Spindle System is carried on ,then,we carried on the control system analysis and designed the controller.
