摘要
将海兰褐种蛋按蛋重分为Ⅰ组(50.0~53.9 g),Ⅱ组(54.0~57.9 g),Ⅲ组(58.0~61.9g),Ⅳ组(62.0~65.9 g)组进行孵化.结果表明,Ⅱ组种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率及入孵蛋孵化率最高,其余依次为Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅰ组.而早期死胚率以Ⅱ组最低,其余依次为Ⅳ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅰ组.随胚龄的增长,雏鸡胚蛋相对失重增加,至18胚龄时,Ⅱ组相对失重分别比Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组显著降低0.84%,0.27%,0.65%.Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组差异不显著.雏鸡初生重随蛋重的增加而显著增大,平均初生重占蛋重的比例为70.13%.
Hy-line brown breeding eggs were divided into 4 groups according to egg weight: Ⅰ (50.0~53.9 g), Ⅱ (54.0~57. 9 g), Ⅲ (58.0~61.9 g), Ⅳ (62.0~65.9 g)and hatched. The results showed that the fertility rate,hatchability of fertile eggs and hatching eggs of Ⅱ were the highest, being Ⅲ , Ⅳ, Ⅰ in proper order. The death rate of early embryo in these groups was respectively Ⅱ , Ⅳ, Ⅲ , Ⅰ in order. At 18 embryo age relative weight-loss of embryonic eggs of Ⅱ decreased by 0. 84%,0.27% and 0. 65% compared with those of Ⅰ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Chick weight at birth increased with the growth of eggs weight. Ration of birth weight to egg weight was 70. 13%.
