摘要
采用微波法提取了金银花中的绿原酸,所制得的绿原酸粗产品用石油醚脱色、薄层层析分离和紫外分光光度计测定含量,并与超声波法、水提法进行了比较。实验结果表明,微波法在提取金银花的绿原酸中具有非常好的效果,筛选的最佳微波工艺条件是:微波功率260W,样品预浸时间24hr,辐射时间15min。在此条件下,与水提法相比总收率提高了10.59%,提取时间缩短75%;与超声波提法相比总收率也提高了2.60%,提取时间缩短了50%。且该方法具有操作简单、快速高效、节能环保等优点。
Chlorngenic acid was extracted from lonicera japonica thumb by microwave irradiation method. The crude product was processed through mineral ether deeoloration, thin ply separation and the extracted ehlorogenie acid was determined by ultraviolet speetrophotometer. The results show that favorable effects can be achieved with the technical parameters as follows: microwave power - 260W,presoaking time - 24hr, radiation time - 15 min. Compared with aqueous extraction and ultrasound extraction, microwave irradiation makes the extraction yield raise 10.59% and 2.60 and the extraction time cut 75%and 50% respectively. The whole operation is fast, simple and high efficient. Besides, energy- saving and environment friendly are also advantages of this new method.
