农村慢性病患者利用中医药卫生服务意愿的调查分析

目的对影响农村慢性病患者利用中医药卫生服务意愿的因素进行分析,为农村中医药事业可持续发展提供思路和借鉴。方法通过家庭入户调查收集居民对中医药的认知及利用水平等资料,进行单因素和多因素分析。结果农村中医药利用水平下降,慢性病患者年人均中医药支出78．56元,慢性病患者愿意选择就诊中医的比例为25．52%,中医药治疗慢性病的优势正在丧失。结论要充分发挥中医药的优势,提高农村中医药服务的可及性,加强农村中医药人才的培养。

Objective To analyze the factors affecting rural chronic patients＇ desire to use TCM services so as to provide ideas and lessons for the sustainable development of the TCM cause in rural areas. Methods Single-and multi-factor analyses were made of the data collected through household investigations on rural residents＇ perception and use of TCM services. Results The utilization rate of TCM services in rural areas went down, with the average per capita annual expenses spent by chronic patients on TCM services being 78.56 yuan and the proportion of rural chronic patients preferring TCM services being 25.52%, and the advantages of TCM in treating chronic diseases were disappearing. Conclusion It is imperative to bring into full play the advantages of TCM, enhance the acce.ssibility of TCM services in rural areas and step up the cultivation of rural TCM personnel.
