摘要
在分析国内外工业工程专业人才培养现状、工业工程专业特点、领域范围的基础上,针对工业工程专业硕士学位研究生的特点,笔者结合几年来人才培养的经验,探索适合工业工程专业硕士研究生特点的人才养模式。
The current effort in training engineers to meet the needs for professionals in various industry fields is analyzed, and in particular, the specific features and coverage of the industrial engineering curricula are discussed. Based on this analysis, the author compares the existing master-degree training programs for industrial engineers, and discusses suitable modes for the training program.
