运用模糊数学和随机理论提出了一种房地产价格的随机-模糊回归评估方法,该方法具有科学性和准确性,简单实用,有广阔的应用前景,最后用一个实例说明了该方法的实用性.
In this paper, a random-fuzzy regressive method taken into account to the random uncertainty and the fuzzy uncertainty of variables is used to get the reasonable price of real estate. This method has also made a new development for the scientism and accuracy of the appraisal of real estate. This is a simple and convenient method. Finally, the paper describes the utility of this method by an example.
