Knowledge economy exerts a great impact on every aspect of the modern society. Within such a society, an educator in institutions of higher learning should reshape his concept and make greater efforts to educate and guide the students in developing their morality. He is supposed to help the students establish the concept of ＂whole -life learning＂ and encourage them to become more creative in learning and working.
