Development of Bamboo Shoot and Culm Processing in North Fujian Province and the Countermeasures

本文对福建省南平地区竹笋和竹材加工企业的发展规模和现状以及近来的新态势进行了阐述。通过对竹笋和竹材加工的调查分析,针对存在的问题,提出对策和改进措施。

This paper presents the development scale and status of processing enterprises of bamboo shoot and culm in Nanping prefecture, Fujian province and discusses the recent development situation. Through investigation and and analysis of bamboo shoot and culm processing, the countermeasures are proposed aiming for solving the existing problems.
