摘要
结合生产实际,研究了动态规划法在棒、线材孔型设计中的优化方法,为高速线、棒材生产提供了一套以低能耗为目标的计算机优化软件。实践证明,最高的优化效果可降低能耗3.0%以上。
To unite with manufacture practice, the optimization method of the dynamic programming law in the groove design of bar. and wire stock was investigated. A set of computer software aiming at minimum energy consumption was offered for high-speed rolling process of the bar and wire stock. The most optimization result has proved that rolling power comes down more than 3.0% in practice.
