详细介绍了沙角C电厂660 MW机组中间再热强制循环汽包锅炉的化学清洗工艺。该次锅炉化学清洗采用盐酸清洗本体,采用磷酸和多聚磷酸盐进行漂洗、钝化。在酸洗和水冲洗过程中,添加适量的异抗坏血酸钠还原剂可以抑制Fe3+对金属的腐蚀,从而避免因水冲洗时间过长而产生二次锈蚀,实际应用后,腐蚀速率及腐蚀总量均达到DL/T 794—2001《火力发电厂锅炉化学清洗导则》的要求值。
This paper doscribes at length the chemical cleaning technique for an intermediate reheat, forced circulation drum boiler of a 660 MW unit in Shajiao C Power Station. Hydrochloric acid was used to clean the boiler proper, and phosphoric acid and curapos adopted for rinsing and passivation. Appropriate amount of sodium isoascorbate reductant was added during acid cleaning and water rinsing, so as to inhibit the metallic corrosion by Fe^3+ and to prevent secondary rustiness caused by prolonged water rinsing. The corrosion rate and the corrosion amount satisfy DL/T 794-2001 Chemical cleaning guide for steam power plant after practical application.
