摘要
交通运输业的发展状况对整个经济的发展起着举足轻重的作用,而运输价格又是关系交通运输行业发展的重要问题。本文运用详实的数据,结合新疆实际,综合分析了影响交通运输价格的各种因素,以及运价变动对相关行业、人民生活和经济的影响,提出了新疆应优先发展具有比较优势的铁路运输和建设,并对如何运用价格经济杠杆制定合理的运价等提出了可操作性的建议和措施。
The development of traffic transportation plays an essential role in economic development, among which transportation price is of the primary concern. Based on the sufficient data, the paper analyzes factors that influence the transportation price, points out that development of railway transport enjoys priority in Xinjiang and puts forwards flexible suggestions.
