耳内镜下中耳手术44例临床观察

Clinical applicability of otoendoscopy in middle ear surgery a report of 44 cases

目的探讨耳内镜下中耳手术的临床效果。方法采用国产耳内镜及德国产Storz监视系统,在视频图像监视下完成手术44例(44耳)。结果经耳内镜下行鼓室成形术24例,行乳突根治或改良根治术20例,直视下作切口、分离上皮容易彻底,移植创面容易操作,手术均获得了成功。结论耳内镜下44例耳手术说明,其与显微镜相比,图像清晰,操作简单,清除病变不留死角,术后复发率低。

Objective To explore the clinical applicability of otoendoscopy in middle ear surgery. Methods 44 cases were included in this study and they were operated on under otoendoscope for surgical treatment of middle ear lesions. The surgical procedures were performed under Storz Monitoring System. Results Tympanoplasty was performed among 24 cases and radical ,or modified radical,mastoidectomy was performed among 20 cases. The incision was made under direct vision and all the operating procedures were accomplished more easily.Therefore,all the operations were successful. Conclusion Surgical operating can be done with clear image,simply operating,no hidded area lefe and lower reoccurring rate after surgery under otoendoscope.
