摘要
对马兰进行不同栽培模式和基质的对比试验,结果表明,不同的栽培模式和栽培基质对马兰的采收时间、产量、品质、经济效益都会产生显著影响.全年保护地栽培比露地栽培多采收1~2次、平均每次采收时间缩短2~7d;保护地栽培年均产量达9.12 kg/m2,比露地栽培的年均产量5.09 kg/m2高出79%;试验中以鸡粪+废菌棒为基质的产量最高,其年均产量为8.63 kg/m2,分别比单独以鸡粪、废菌棒为基质以及对照平均高出18%、23%、58%,且保护地栽培的马兰茎叶嫩、鲜、绿、涩味轻、可食率高.
Comparison test on different cultivation pattern and substrate of Kalimeris indica resulted that it had significant effect on collecting time, output, quality and economic benefit. Yearlong cultivation had advantages than at open air, such.as collecting 1 - 2 more times, reducing collecting duration by 2 - 7 days, mean annual output increased by 79%. The best substrate was poultry dung + waste mushroom cultivation medium. The annual output from that substrate was topped 8.64kg/m^2, which increased 18%, 23% and 58% than that from only poultry dung or only mushroom cultivation medium. Besides, K. indica cultivated from yearlong land had advantages like tender, fresh, green, high edible rate.
