冠心病与颈动脉内-中膜厚度及心率变异性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨冠心病患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)与心率变异性(HRV)的关系。方法:对76例冠心病患者进行24h动态心电图检查并测定HRV时域分析各项指标(SDNN、SDANNI、SDNNI、RMSSD、PNN50),同时应用彩色多普勒超声测量颈动脉内-中膜厚度,与51例对照组进行比较。结果:冠心病组IMT明显高于对照组(P<0.01);冠心病组SDNN、SDANNI、SDNNI、RMSSD、PNN50明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);冠心病患者颈动脉内膜增厚组SDNN、SDANNI明显低于颈动脉内膜正常组(P<0.05),而SDNNI、RMSSD、PNN50两组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:冠心病患者IMT增大,HRV指标降低,其中反映交感神经功能的HRV指标尤其明显。
