Evaluation on Agriculture Modernization Advancement of Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

农业现代化划分为农业起步现代化、农业初步现代化、农业基本现代化、农业完全现代化四个阶段,构建出了一套农业现代化的评价体系和评价标准。以黑龙江垦区为例,从农业生产水平、农村经济发展水平、农民收入消费水平、基础设施技术投入、科技教育、农业环境六个方面对黑龙江省垦区的农业现代化所处水平进行了分析、评价,提出了实现农业现代化要从增加投资,发展专业化和区域化经济,兴建乡镇企业和改善生态环境等方面着手的发展道路。

This text divides agricultural modernization into 4 stages：the starting agriculture modernization, preliminary agriculture modernization,basic agriculture modernizaiton ,basic agriculture modernizaiton and has structured out a set of appraisal systems of agricultural modernization and evaluation criteria. Taking Hei- longjiang reclamation area as an example, from six respects the agricultural production level, the rural economy development level, peasant＇ s income consumption level, basic structure and technology investment, science education, agricultural environment, we analyzed and appraised agriculture modernization level of Heilongjiang reclamation area. It is realized that agricultural modernization should start from increasing investment, developing agricultural specialization and area economy, building township enterprise and improving ecological environment etc.
