摘要
产品全生命周期过程管理(PLPM)和产品全生命周期信息管理(PLIM)是产品全生命周期管理(PLM)的主要研究内容。迄今为止的绝大多数研究都集中在PLIM层面上,而对PLPM本身的研究则仅仅停留在直观的说明上。在详细分析面向计算机支持协同设计(CSCD)的产品全生命周期过程(PLP)的基础上,借助于软件工程领域对软件生命周期过程的研究成果,利用高级Petri网作为描述工具,建立了面向CSCD的PLP模型,形式化地表达出面向CSCD的PLP中各种过程在信息意义上的并行性和协同性,为面向CSCD的PLP的仿真和评价提供了理论依据。
Product lifecycle process management(PLPM) and product lifecycle information management(PLIM)are two main researching contents of product lifecycle management(PLM). But to now,the primary research works of PLM are about PLIM, the study about PLPM is only simple description. Based on the detailed analysis to product lifecycle process(PLP) for computer-supported collaborative design (CSCD), and using the research result of software lifecycle in software engineering, a PLP model described by advanced Petrinet is presented in this paper. The concurrency and collaboration included in PLP for CSCD in the sense of information is formally expressed. The research work in this paper forms the basis of simulation and evaluation of PLP for CSCD.
