摘要
通过对生物质成型机理及影响成型因素研究,总结出一种较好的稻壳挤压成型的工艺条件,并设计了一种成型机,即在高温高压作用下,使稻壳产生较大的物理、化学变化,并通过螺杆挤压成型,成为一种相对高密度的燃料.这种稻壳棒燃烧后比燃烧同样的烟煤所产生的热量高12.05%,而排出烟尘中的二氧化碳特别是二氧化硫含量却大大降低,是可以替代原煤的新型环保燃料.稻壳挤压成型机具有投资少、见效快的特点,市场前景广泛,具有可观的经济效益和社会效益.
By the research of shaping mechanism of biomass and shaping factors, the paper summarizes a better technological condition for extrusion- shaping of rice hull and designs a kind of shaping machine. Under high - pressure and high temperature, physical and chemical properties of the rice hull are changed greatly, and by extrusion - shaping of screw rod, the rice hull becomes a relatively high-density fuel. The heat quantity caused by burning the rice hull rod is 12.05% greater than that of coal, and moreover, the quantity of carbon dioxide in smoke dust, especially the quantity of sulfur dioxide, reduces extremely. With a little investments and instant benefits, the rice hull shaping machine can bring considerable economic benefits and social benefits.
