用分光光度法研究蛋白质与有机小分子茜素红S等之间的反应,并通过对影响因素的研究分别确定了茜素红S等与蛋白质反应的最佳条件。并用茜素红S与蛋白质反应分析了我院校医院提供的人血清蛋白样品,得到了满意的结果。

Spectrophotometric study on the interaction between small molecules Alizarin Red S etc and protein,Reaction conditions were established by research influence Factors. The reaction between Alizarin Red S and protein has been used for determination of albumin in human serum,and good results were obtained.
