摘要
以甲醇-水为流动相,用反相高效液相色谱法测定了二茂铁衍生物的疏水参数。结果表明,lgk’与流动相中有机调节剂的体积百分比成线性关系;理论计算所得的Hansch的π值、Rekker的f值与lgkw相关,且前者与lgkw的相关性较好;二茂铁衍生物的保留值可通过多因素(lgkw、HA、HD、Hansch的π值等)公式预测。同时对二茂铁衍生物和苯系列化合物的碎片参数值作了比较。
he traditional shake flask method might be used for the determination of the hydrophobic parameters on the studies of chromatographic retention value and QSRR, but the method has the shortcoming of over laborious procedure. In this paper the capacity factors (k') for a series of 20 substituted ferrocene derivatives were satisfactorily determined by RP-HPLC method using methanol-water as mobile phase and C13 as stationary phase. The hydrophobic parameters of ferrocene derivatives were obtained from the following equation: logk' = logkw + S where is volume fraction of the organic modifier in mobile phase. S is the slope. The correlation coefficient for linear regression is greater than 0. 97(Table 1 and Fig. 1 ). Satisfactory correlation was achieved between logkw and Hansch's π and Rekker's f values, which were obtained from theoretical calculation. In addition, the retention value can be predicted by following equation: lgk' = a'logkw+ b'HA+ c'HD+ d' where HA and HD are hydrogen accepting and donating ability. The correlation coefficients of linear regression were also better than 0. 97. The results might be used to interpret relationship between the structure of ferrocene derivatives and their retention value. Finally, a discussion mainly on the characters of fragment parameter of the substitute linked to the ferrocene ring is presented.
