摘要
本研究采用2个5×5拉丁方设计,研究了玉米、小麦、鱼粉、豆粕和花生粕五种饲料原料在海兰蛋鸡和绍兴蛋鸭体内能量代谢率。结果表明:绍兴鸭对豆粕、花生粕、鱼粉、玉米四种饲料的表观代谢能(AM E)和真代谢能(TM E)值均显著地高于鸡(P<0.05),仅对小麦的AM E、TM E值显著地低于鸡(P<0.05)。
In this study, ten Shaoxing dukes and ten Hailan chicken were used to evaluate the Metabolizability of energy of corn, wheat, fish meal, soybean meal, and peanut meal respectively, according to 5×5 Latin square design. The results showed that the AME and TME of soybean, peanut meal, fish meal, and corn were higher in Shaoxing duke than that in Hailan chicken (P〈0.05) respectively. However the AME and TME of wheat was lower in duke than that in chicken (P〈0.05).
