摘要 以KI/PEG络合物作催化剂,研究了环氧乙烷与CO2反应制备碳酸乙烯酯的反应性能。首次研究了不同分子量PEG的作用,认为PEG400的效果最好,与冠醚相近,成本却大大降低。确定了ECC-1催化剂存在下碳酸乙烯酯合成的最佳工艺条件:反应温度120—140℃,反应压力2.5—3.0MPa,ECC-1/EO(mol比)0.006—0.009。在上述工艺条件下,碳酸乙烯酯收率可达99%以上。催化剂活性随循环使用次数的增加而逐渐下降。研究首次发现,在两组份催化剂中加入适当第三组份,对催化剂活性有明显促进作用。 The synthesis of ethylene carbonate from ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide catalyzed by KI/PEG complex catalyst was studied The effects of PEG of different molecular weight were studi ed;the best one is PEG 400,which has similar effects as crown ether,with much lower cost The optimum process conditions in the presence of ECC 1 catalyst were determined as follows:temperature 120-140℃;pressure 2 5-3 0MPa;mole ratio of ECC 1 to EO 0 006-0 009 The yield of ethylene carbonate is over 99% When the catalyst was recycled,the activity slowly diminished It was reported for the first time that the third component has a pronounced effect on improving the activity of the two component catalyst system The reaction mechanism was also discussed
