摘要
基础教育改革要求教师进行角色转换,以适应新课程的教学。教师在未来的教学角色是学者、研究员和导师。教师主要通过三个途径完成角色的转换:一是以自我转换角色;二是强化职业的专业化;三是各种形式的培训。同时,评价机制成为影响教师角色转换的重要因素。
New Curriculum of our teaching requires a transformation of teacher's role in elementary education. Teacher of expectance shall be a scholar,a researcher and a supervisor at the same time. Such a transformation of teacher's role can be obtained by self change, strengthening specialization of teaching, and a variety of forms of training.
