全国社区卫生服务现状调查——东、中、西部地区社区卫生服务站“六位一体”服务开展情况

A Survey on the Present Situation of Chinese Community Health Service-The Present Situation of "Six in One" in Community Health Service Stations of the Eastern,Middle and Western Areas

目的了解不同区域社区卫生服务站基本服务项目开展现况。方法设计调查表对全国11个省(自治区)、直辖市的508个社区卫生服务站进行调查。结果健康教育开展情况良好,其他服务项目开展率普遍偏低。总体而言,东部地区各服务项目开展情况好于中、西部地区。结论应在社区大力开展预防保健服务项目;提倡合同规定义务,提高保健合同签订率;理顺渠道,提高社区卫生服务站双向转诊率;增强健康意识,提高康复服务开展率以满足市场需求;临终关怀事业亟待发展。

Objective To investigate the developing state of basic service items in different regions＇ community health service stations. Methods A questionnaire covered 508 - community health service stations from eleven provinces （ or autonomous regions, or municipalities） was carried out. Results Health education was well developing in community health service stations while other health services were had not been well developed. Generally, health services was better in eastern China than in western and middle China. Conclusion It is necessary to promote preventive medical care and health care contract in community health service stations, at the same time, to construct the two - side medical care between hospitals and community health services and to strengthen the health conception, rehabilitation care as well as end - of - life care according to the present need.
