摘要 采用数字信号处理器DSP作为控制器,实现细分角度和电流的实时运算;利用其片内集成的事件管理模块通过软件实现脉宽调制。实验证明,此驱动系统简化了电路,提高了系统控制性能,实现步进电机步距角的高精度、连续细分驱动。 Most of the traditional pulse subdivision driver system adopts MCU using check table method, which has problems such as Can't change the number of subdivision freely, complex driver circuit, Can't modulate automatic in real-time, However, DSP is an ideal choice for improving the pulse subdivision stepping motor driver , because of the powerful capability and control ability. Using the event management unit integrated in the chip leads to Pulse Width Modulate by programming. This driver system's application have proved that it simplified the circuit, improved the system characteristic, and the Hybrid stepping motor gains high accuracy ,continuous subdivision driver.
