摘要
以1,5-戊二醇、氢溴酸、氟化钾为原料,冠醚作催化剂制取5-氟戊醇。通过正交 实验给出第二步反应最佳条件为:反应时间6 h,反应温度40℃,w(催化剂)=8%(相对 于1,5-戊二醇),n(5-溴戊醇):n(氟化钾)=1:1.2。5-氟戊醇的收率88%。
5 - Fluoropentanol is synthesized from 1,5- pentadiol and hydrobromic acid, potassium fluoride with crown ethers as a catalyst. Optimum synthesis conditions of the second step are investigated by experiments utilizing an orthogonal design: reaction time 6h, reaction temperature 40℃, w (catalyst) = 8% (based on 1,5- pentanediol), molar ratio of 5 - bromopentylol to potassium fluoride 1:1.2 and yield of 5 - fluoropentanol 88%.
