摘要
对8例大鼠第三脑室室旁器官进行了扫描和透射电镜观察。结果在全部材料中都观察到了触液神经元的树突终末和轴突终末,少数材料中尚观察到了胞体。室旁器区是下丘脑的一重要核区,该区触液神经元的轴突可能分泌某种生物活性物质(激素?),进入脑脊液参与神经体液调节,而其树突和胞体上的纤毛可接受来自脑脊液的信息形成反馈。
Both SEM and TEM of the paraventricular organ have been made in 8 rats. The dendritic and axon terminals have been observed in all the materials ,and the perikarya in some materials. Paraventricular organ is an important area of the hypothalamus. The axons of CSF-con-tacting neurons of this area may secrete some bioactive materials to take part in the humaral regulation. The dendritic terminals and perikarya probably receive informations from the CSF to complete the hypothalamo-hypophyseal cirle.
