摘要 目的探讨面、听神经薄层CT和MRI的解剖学表现,对面、听神经瘤临床鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾分析20例面、听神经瘤(10例面神经瘤,10例听神经瘤)CT、MRI解剖位置及累及范围的影像学表现并进行讨论。结果20例面、神经瘤均能从解剖部位加以鉴别。结论面、听神经的薄层CT和MRI解剖学表现在临床鉴别面、听神经瘤中起到至关重要的作用。 Aim To investigate the anatomy of CT and MRI thin slice scan of faical and acoustic nerve and the diagnosis of facial nerve neuroma and acoustic neuroma. Methods The CT and MRI findings of 20 patients ( 10 cases with facial nerve neuroma and 10 cases with acoustic neuroma )were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 20 patients with facial nerve neuroma or acoustic neuroma were evaluated by anatomy . Conclusion The anatomy of CT and MRI thin slice scan of facial and acoustic nerves plays a very important role in the diagnosis of facial nerve neuroma and acoustic neuroma .
