针刺对大鼠实验性关节炎的影响──针刺活血化瘀效应观察

Effect of Acupuncture on Experimental Arthritis in Rats──An Observation on Acupuncture Promoting Blood Circulation by Removing Blood Stasis

本文借助大鼠类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）模型，运用整体治疗和局部治疗相结合的针刺方法进行研究。结果：大鼠ＲＡ模型和人ＲＡ疾病相似；针刺组和模型组相比，梭形趾数明显减低，四肢肢体肿胀明显减轻，全血粘度、血沉、血沉方程Ｋ值、血小板聚集率均有统计学差异（Ｐ＜０．０５、Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０．００１），血浆粘度、红细胞压积无统计学差异；大鼠关节Ｘ片表现和病理切片表现两者区别不大。说明针刺治疗ＲＡ取效是通过解除或改善了血液高粘滞状态，抑制血小板聚集功能，抗炎镇痛等途径来实现的。

Acupuncture therapy of combination of whole-body treatment with local treatment was observed in rat rheumatoid arthritis model. It was showed that rheumatoid arthritis(RA)of rats was similar to human RA. When the acupuncture group was compared with the model group,the number of the spindle toe reduced significantly, Swelling of extremities relieved obviously, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation, K value of blood sedimentation equation and platelet aggregation rate all had marked differences (P< 0. 05, P <0. 01, P<0. 01, P<0. 001), plasma viscosity and packed cell volume had no statistically difference,roentgenogram and pathological section of the joint in rats did not show a large difference. It is indicated that acupuncture treatment of RA is exerted through relieving or improving blood hyperviscosity, inhibiting pletelet aggregation, anti-inflammtion and analgesia and other ways.
