摘要
通过对红麻木质部磺化化机浆(SCMP)H2O2漂白过程中主要影响因素:温度、H2O2用量、NaOH用量、发色基团浓度的研究,得出了漂白反应的动力学方程,并把漂白过程划分为:高速漂白反应、快速漂白反应、缓慢漂白反应三个阶段。
he kinetics of hydrogen peroxide bleaching of sulfonated chemi-mechanical pulp from kenaf woody core were investigated. The rate of brightness increasing has been summarized in a mathematical expression:dw/dt=k. [H2O2]1.045[NaOH]0.385w-3.876 ε=75.62kJ/mol The course of hydrogen peroxide bleaching could be divided into three stages in terms of reaction time. The first stage, in the first 5 minutes of the reaction, the rate of bleaching reaction was very fast, which was depended on the concentration of chromophoric group on the surface of fibres. The second stage, from 5 mins to 50 mins, the rate of bleaching was fast, which was decided by both the concentration of chromophorie group on the surface of fibers and rate of H2O2 liquid permeating into fibers. The third stage, after 50 mins, the rate of bleaching reaction was slow, which was only decided by the rate of H2O2 liquid permeating into the fibers.
