摘要
随着信息技术的发展,客户搜寻产品的成本越来越低,其需求逐渐表现出“个性化”特征。从用户拉动生产的理念出发,企业必须变产品导向为客户导向,通过为客户创造价值实现自身的生存和发展。文章对汽车工业现状进行了详细分析,得出集汽车柔性制造体系、柔性供应链体系、柔性服务营销策略和柔性组织管理为一体的柔性化战略是适合现代汽车工业发展的有效模式。
With the development of information technology, customer's searching cost for products is becoming lower and lower, and customer's demand shows the character of individualization. Starting from the conception of demand creating supply, the vision of enterprise must change from product - orientation to customer -orientation. The survival and development of enterprise itself are achieved by creating value for customers. The article analyzes the current situation of auto industry and comes to a conclusion that flexibility strategy, which integrating auto flexibility production system with flexibility supply chain, flexibility marketing strategy and flexibility organization management, is the effective mode for modem auto industry.
