摘要
从甘肃产拟缺香茶菜(Isodon excisoides(Sun ex C.H.Hu)C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li)枝叶中分离得到5个贝壳杉烷型二萜化合物,并利用现代波谱学方法进行了结构鉴定,它们分别为Kamebacetal-A(Ⅰ)、Glaucocalyxin-A(Ⅱ)、Kamebanin(Ⅲ)、Wangzaozin-A(Ⅳ)和Leukamenin-E(Ⅴ).用SRB法分别进行了体外抗癌活性研究,结果表明,5种化合物对BEL-7402与HO-8910细胞株均具有较强的细胞毒活性.
Five ent-kaurane diterpenoids were obtained from the dried leaves of Isodon excisoides ((Sun ex C. H. Hu)C.Y. Wu et H.W. Li)distributed in Gansu Province. Their structures were identified as Kamebacetal-A( Ⅰ ), Glaucocalyxin-A( Ⅱ ), Kamebanin( Ⅲ ), Wangzaozin-A(Ⅳ) and Leukamenin-E( Ⅴ ) by spectroscopic means, respectively. The cytotoxicity was tested in vitro by SRB assay. The results indicate that the five compounds showed significant cytotoxic activity against BEL-7402 and HO-8910 cell lines.
